Real Estate is great in Northwest Louisiana.  We have not seen the downturn that markets in other areas of the country have seen.  Our property values seem to be increasing, not at a fast pace, but we are still doing good.  We don't have a glut of properties on the market and the properties that look the best are the one's that sell first.  In our area, it is still the location, condition and price that sell a property!
